“My Favorite Movies” Series: Alphaville
I decided I would post trailers of my favorite movies. One per post. Sorry in advance if the movies become broken because they’ll all be linked from youtube. Here’s day 71:
Alphaville. Jean-Luc Godard’s sci-fi noir classic is as bizarre as it is fascinating. Godard took a pulp fiction detective character and placed him in a near future sci-fi film. The result is a film that is hard not to watch! Also, the voice of the computer, heard in this trailer, is about as memorable as you can get.
